Our activities are aimed at anyone interested in Europe or can be tailored to specific target groups. We organize informational events, lectures, self-moderated panel discussions, as well as exploratory and cultural formats on European topics. Anyone who wants to help out is warmly welcome! In addition, we provide support for your initiatives and seminars, international exchanges, or European policy study trips. The members of the European Academy Inntal and their network stand for a “Europe for the people on the ground”…

Seminars and Workshops

We offer seminars on European topics or facilitate them. This can be done through lectures, presentations, case studies, or other didactic methods. Seminars can range from a short session of a few hours to several days, depending on the depth of the topic.

An interactive workshop is led by us or by experts and promotes a deeper, topic-related understanding through application in participants’ own environments. It provides practical skills, shares knowledge, and leads to problem-solving. Participants engage in discussions, complete exercises, and gain hands-on experience. Examples include group discussions, role-playing, case studies, practical exercises, or other interactive methods. If you have any questions or are interested, please feel free to contact us.

Exploratory Formats und Info Booths

In addition to traditional educational formats, we also serve as a contact point for more flexible forms of European education and engagement. Whether it’s an information booth, a European-cultural contribution at a city or street festival, a reading, a European city tour, or a city quiz/rally for young and old, we welcome participation. We invite any organization in the Inntal region — especially between Rosenheim and Innsbruck — to contribute with Europe-related events or to join us for an “idea brainstorming” session.

Expert Lectures and Readings

We are also happy to offer traditional lectures or readings on European topics with experts. The purpose of a lecture is to convey knowledge, analyze problems, present solutions, and inspire. If you have requests or ideas for Europe-related lecture topics, readings, or other cultural contributions that would be of interest to your organization or people in the Inntal region, please feel free to contact us.

Panel Events

Do you have a European topic that is particularly important to you or your organization? We organize panel events on specific European issues, for example with European policymakers or Members of the European Parliament from Germany and Austria. Various formats are possible, including discussion rounds, debates, panel discussions, or question-and-answer sessions. We are also happy to moderate these events. The goal is to foster a broader understanding of a European topic, present different perspectives, and enable constructive dialogue between panelists and the audience. If you have suggestions, please contact us.

Studytrips and Exchanges

While we do not organize exchanges or trips ourselves, we are happy to provide guidance on whom to contact in the Bavaria-Tyrol / Inntal region to further your European education. This could include Erasmus+ programs, EU Parliament simulations in your town for your school class or youth group, or school and seminar trips to Strasbourg, Luxembourg, or Brussels. Please reach out to us for more information.
